The mission

You are the link between designers, clients, consultants and architects. You bring the architectural, structural and MEP models together into one that works, and you answer for its quality.

What you will do

  • Prepare and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for each project.
  • Federate the models and lead clash detection and resolution in Navisworks.
  • Produce clash reports, bills of quantities (BOQ) and construction drawings.
  • Coordinate the modeling teams and raise their standard through training.
  • Ensure code compliance and KAMON & CO. internal standards.

What proves it’s you

  • You have taken a multidisciplinary federated model to zero critical clashes before a delivery.
  • You can show a clash detection report you produced and explain how you prioritized.
  • You master Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD and understand LOD protocols.
  • You have written or applied a BEP on a real project.

A plus if you have

  • Dynamo, BIM 360 or InfraWorks.
  • Knowledge of NSR-10, RETIE, RAS and NTC for projects in Colombia.
  • Residential, institutional or commercial project experience.

The mission

You lead BIM management on multidisciplinary projects, with an emphasis on MEP and COBie standards for asset management. You define how we work and make the whole team deliver on it.

What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of BIM processes across architecture, structure and MEP.
  • Implement and maintain COBie standards and the model’s IFC interoperability.
  • Direct quality control, technical review and clash detection.
  • Prepare BEPs, schedules and modeling progress reports.
  • Propose process and tool improvements, including automation.

What proves it’s you

  • You have led BIM management on real projects and can show the outcome.
  • You have implemented a COBie or asset management workflow end to end.
  • You have delivered IFC models other disciplines used without friction.
  • You have raised a team’s standard through processes, templates or training.

A plus if you have

  • ISO 19650 or ICONTEC GTC 567.

The mission

You integrate structural analysis and design with high-quality BIM models, and turn engineering criteria into documentation that can be built without doubt.

What you will do

  • Analyze and design reinforced concrete, steel and other structural systems.
  • Define the most suitable structural system for each project.
  • Prepare calculation reports in accordance with NSR-10 and applicable codes.
  • Review and validate LOD 300 and LOD 400 structural models in Revit.
  • Optimize members for technical, constructive and economic efficiency.

What proves it’s you

  • You have designed building structures and can show calculation reports, models or drawings of your own.
  • You master ETABS, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysis or equivalent, and Revit.
  • You can explain a structural decision that improved a project, and why.
  • Valid professional license: legally required to sign structural designs in Colombia.

A plus if you have

  • Clash coordination in Navisworks.
  • Residential, commercial or institutional projects.
  • Interest in automating the analysis–model workflow.

You turn the structural design team’s information into organized, parameterized BIM models coordinated with architecture and MEP, from LOD 100 to 350.

What you will do

  • Model foundations, slabs, columns, beams, walls, stairs and steel structures in Revit.
  • Set up and organize projects to KAMON & CO. standards.
  • Parameterize elements so information is consistent and traceable.
  • Prepare the model for coordination and support clash detection.
  • Run your own quality check before every delivery.

What proves it’s you

  • You can show a structural model of your own, clean and well organized.
  • You master Revit and read structural drawings unaided.
  • You have modeled at different levels of development (LOD 100 to 350).
  • You deliver on time, without anyone having to check the basics.

You create, coordinate and maintain detailed models of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, with consistent information at every project stage.

What you will do

  • Model MEP systems in Revit at the level of detail each project requires.
  • Coordinate with architecture and structure and resolve clashes.
  • Import, export and review IFC files (OpenBIM).
  • Produce drawings, views, quantities and technical documentation.
  • Keep model version control throughout the project.

What proves it’s you
